On a side note, I assume that skirt-wrap thing has a hole in the back for the tail?

neat dress 'vali!
though the head/tail/legs looks a bit off.
like the head shape seems odd.
the tail seems too thick and off somehow.
and the legs seem too thick and stilted.

but still very cool!
