The workshop is what should be used really.

HAHAHAohwait are you being serious?
Nexusmods is great. The Workshop doesn't have integration with mod managers, unless its different for Skyrim mods update automatically which can break EVERYTHING (not to mention you might not want the update), and its far more difficult to do just about everything with it, not to mention the fact that the workshop seems to like to redownload a ton of mods seemingly at random, and also that it means you can't keep seperate mod setups between computers, there was (and may still be) a bug that caused the loss of all your mods, essentially destroying your savegame, and the layout is terrible. Nexusmods, meanwhile, has... Server issues very rarely? That's the only problem with it. If Steam Workshop ever becomes more used and featureful than the Nexus and the various Mod Managers that can be easily used with it, I'll roll around in my grave after commiting seppuku with a Nexus-Exclusive Sword Mod.

Oh, and it turns out my issues were caused by my Grandma's ISP. Yay.

ow, maybe you're right.....
Problem is that holes are a lot harder to detect with echolocation than obstacles are.

It doesn't really tell you what this game is actually supposed to be.

Supposedly Segolia quoted me a few hours ago but all of his most recent posts were from yesterday...

well this is a portion of the thing I was working on, yes you can intercept missiles

As best I can make out it's borderlands meets overwatch.

I'm not sure if I will play it. We will see once there is actually a game.
You know now that we have a new star wars battlefront can we get a new empire at war too? They could make air units not suck.

Well talk of the life insurance money had me thinking about what I would even do with a thousand or so dollars, but then it was explained to me that the hospital bills will still have to be paid, so I won't bet on even 1,000 being left over afterwards...

Yeah that's really weird - definitely the last thing I said was about snow leopard tails or w/e. It's not like I even made a post and then deleted it or anything.

I mostly just lurk in the shadows. waiting
Hey, anyone who plays Skyrim here, can someone help me find a good Player Home mod?
So far I've tried:
What I'm looking for is:
-Good location you can reasonably get to semi-often without using fast travel. Also not a place that's ridiculously cold like on an iceberg in the Sea of Ghosts or something stupid. Preferably somewhat close to a carriage / carriage destination.
-Decor that suits a sarcastic hammer-wielding Redguard whose only knowledge of magic is enchanting and also isn't particularily rich and not at all famous.
-Addendum to above: No f*ckhuge castles or gigantic wide open mansions that would logically never be able to stay heated. No dragon skulls, because seriously how would a house have a Dragon skull if only one is known to exist, in Dragonsreach, and they've only been back for a few weeks. No skulls or other macabe, she isn't a vampire (yet...) and even if turned that wouldn't suddenly make her feel like everything should be decorated in skulls, blood, and guts.
-Not too small either. I want a house not a caravan.
-It must be outside the limits of any ingame settlement. I'm using all of JK's Town mods meaning any house mod I add would probably end up lodged half-way in a tree or something.
-I don't want to have to get involved in a major questline to get it. Not everyone is a thane, why should I need to be in order to get property?
-No vanilla houses. I've had literally every character before who had a house situated in Breezehome, this character doesn't like Markarth or Riften much, and won't be doing the Civil War questlines for some time probably. Oh, and no Hearthfire or other house-building mods. She isn't an architect.
-It should have everything you would want in a player home, i.e. all the things included in the Vanilla homes. Mannequins optional. It should also be at least somewhat unique - no copy&paste designs, I want something that still stands out a little.

It'll be hell when I actually get a real house one day...
