Nope! You have to beat community best to be the best.
So reddit has completely put me off of ever getting Lasik.
Since I doubt anyone knows I have astigmatism, which means one of my eyes sucks and I need glasses or contacts to correct it. Anyways Lasik is permanent surgery that counteracts astigmatism, restoring a person's sight, and I was all for that until somebody described the actual procedure. Basically they slice open your eye, peel away a little flap of it, zap it's innards with some lasers, and then you'll wake up the next day with perfect vision. Sounds kinda shitty right? Nope it's worse because they can't knock you completely out despite artificially keeping your eyes open the whole time, you have to be awake and conscious the whole time, even if you can't actually feel it.
Getting my wisdom teeth out sucked but I was 100% out cold the entire time, they gave me an IV and the next thing I know I have a bunch of blood soaked gauze in my mouth, I don't care how fast I can recover from the Lasik I will not do anything like that If I have to be awake for it.

Papyrus Prime!
No gold 0/10 would not grind for.
I, uh... Drew a thing.
Does anyone want to see it?...
I'm not very good at drawing...
My new pastime in wildstar: don my armor, queue up for a dungeon, and then dance in Thayd while MM works it's magic.
I don't know why I enjoy watching my character dance, but it keeps me mildly amused.

It is. Dammit, let me try again...
Okay, it's fixed.
So, are we going to see your drawing?

I just replaced the broken image in the original post.
Probably should have specified that ^_^;;

It looks alright I guess.

Really? Huh.
I still think it looks terrible. The hole looks too small and the crystals seem too wide.
I know the whole webcomic update discussion has passed, but I'm adding some to the list:
http://www.sssscomic.com/comic.php?page=1
Beautiful, unique art, good writing (though to be honest for the most part not a whole lot has happened yet - slow moving comic - also lots of characters to keep track of)
Dunno if its the full time job of the author, but they somehow, magically, manage to get
three pages per week (though right now they're working on distributing books so its only 2 per week atm)
http://www.gunnerkrigg.com/?p=1
Great art (don't let the first few chapters fool you, it gets
way better and less bizzare, trust me), and
amazing story and writing (once again the first few chapters are strange but still nessessary)
Two pages per week. (Not enough comic ;A
http://namesakecomic.com/comic/the-journey-begins
Cool artstyle, the (mostly) lack of color probably helps with speed, and fantastic writing.
Two pages per week.
Actually, I think the only comics I regularly read that only update once per week are TwoKinds and Slightly Damned. Of course, both have absolutely gorgeous art and brilliant writing (though at the same time the slowness of updates really makes it painful to read once caught up...)

GKC actually updates thrice a week, not twice.

Oh, really? I never really paid attention to the schedule, more that I just knew more than once a week. Whoops.
