i also hate writing as a subject, it is easily my least favorite subject. i like other subjects much better, and are probably more open to correction there because i enjoy learning those subjects.
I'll put it this way, crossing a busy street with your eyes closed doesn't make the cars go away.

no i know it's important, but eh i dunno, i'd prefer to only learn grammar in school because well, it boring and drains me in certain cases, such as writing an essay, i can do it, but i don't enjoy it, so i don't want to in my free time. i wanna spend it doing something fun such as watching a silent hill 2 let's play or playing environmental station alpha.

well the problem here is when i'm on a forum i don't feel the need to go back in and check grammar, just spelling.
