I like to think that Rommel is simply in charge of XCOM boot camp and whenever the Rookies inevitably fail he takes their lunch rations as punishment.

I think a more accurate guess would be that he eats the rookies.

I'm not sure I got the time I mean both fallout 4's launch and my assignment's dead line is pretty near but I'm planning to do a low intelligence charismatic run on new vegas

i just had the coolest idea.

wouldn't avali host music festivals where you go around and listen to music at different booths?
and if you liked the song you could buy it and add it to your avali equivalent of an mp3 player.

i should use this in rp i just need to think of something to happen during it.

I don't know why but I prefer for Rommel to run around in the most "old fashioned" look I can muster, so instead of the space marine armor Silver has or the giant brick made of padding that Rath has I just leave him in the default phalanx armor with a beret.
