Too bad they all seem to be trade related.

Yeah, and procurement related.
Though... they probably will add bounties and stoof like that in.
It would be cool if you could carry out assassinations on certain officers of a faction.

This also means you have to leave Corvus ASAP to trade instead of running good back and forth for easy cash.

Assassination has been in for awhile. Get to cooperative with a faction and they'll offer you exclusive bounties on rival "lawful" factions.

Not too surprising if you do trading. Bounty hunting is probably the most efficient to farm universal reputation without the penalty from trading in contested systems.
Sindrian Diktat.
No is Sindrian Dickheads

Usually I just pick on Luddic Church Fleets or Pirates for bounties.
I hope SS+ does something cool with the IBB using the new mission system.

That'd be nice.

Unfair is spawning in a locked path into 4 asteroids and then having that interference cause two crashes among your scouts.
Merp...
SS+ will almost certainly try to implement courier contracts. Right now the new civilian liners serve no purpose except NPC ships that drop less loot but courier contracts to move around goods and people will be great.

Also the Shepard is still amazing.

Luddic path are weird. Their ships are scary thanks to the safety override but are all shit tier classes.

Official updates are taking longer than ever, still not adding any long-term content or progression, instead changing big game and engine mechanics while adding very little, giving modders far more work, and the 1.8 update partially or completely screwed a lot of modders over, and many either refuse to update or are waiting to 1.9 (let's face it, a lot probably will just give up by then.) Besides, modders are the whole reason the game is kept alive. I doubt many people play vanilla Minecraft anymore except to build things, and even then Mojang adds very few new blocks most of the time, so modders/resource pack authors are important there, and with Metadata being gone in 1.8, it means Texture Packs can add in less uniquely textured and named block variants, limiting builders too.

Didn't you know?

Mojang sold Minecraft to Microsoft.

It was long since dead though before that. Minecraft really stopped improving all the way back at Beta 1.8, everything after that was just feature bloat and bugfixes.

The only reason you even still hear about it is because Minecraft caught on with the younger population much like Legos used to be, kids who don't know any better that think it is the greatest thing humanity has invented since the computer.
How to hunt pirates in 0.7a.

Sit in hyperspace on top of a gate. Sensor pulse. Wait for pirates to investigate.

It's hilarious.

There is actually the pretty major complete combat overhaul...

Then again, Mojang studios has a whole arcade so they could be doing that.
Grrr
I fucking hate Wolf Class
Even if you press them they just recharge phase skimmer regardless and naff all you can afford early on is enough to combat them.
They are a bastard if you just fended off 8 hounds and a Pirate-Class.

I've been waiting for Minecraft to die for years, thank god it started once it was sold. Same with Wow in that it needs to die so new games can have some of the limelight.

That's why the game gives you a wolf as your starter ship if you go bounty hunter.

A re-com destroyer will outrange the wolf easily and costs about as much as a full quality frigate too.

YES. YES. YES. We need a Nexus guild or something. It would be pretty cool if we all were in a guild together.
