Holy cow of god, thanks Nexus, I'm actually glad I wasn't here today!
In other news, Fallout 4 works swimmingly on my Desktop, although I'm using the 512 Wasteland mod and every other texture optimizer out there combined short of Ultra Low Graphics... Some of these textures look like they're waaaay too low res though. May try fiddling around by uninstalling a few but m'eh... Too much trouble since I'd have to reinstall the others to restore overwritten textures... Augh, Mod Organizer Fallout 4 Edition can't come fast enough... I hate to say it but Nexus Mod Manager is freaking terrible at everything compared to it.
Edit:
Arn't dem texturs bootiful?

what mods you exactly using, so far 512 mod helped a little(loading and saving still take a hell long)
Megalovania in beat hazard is way easier than it should be.
Screw Shaun, I've adopted a better son!
also, I think there should be a AR-15 mod you know very modifiable from the 5.56mm to the .50 beowulf and I've seen the .50 BMG mod too
I'm done with the Nexus for a bit.
I cause nothing but trouble do I?

Ever think some glitches are too good to be accidental.

There was also that one time I saw a car flying around like a leaf
I was depressed earlier but now I'm just outright sad and a bit angry.
I've just been exuding misery all day and my family has chastised my listless behavior as being simply uncooperative. Get to the wedding and I try to hide myself far in the back so our old neighbors walked in and instantly picked up on me not feeling great and tried to strike up a conversation. Then my family noticed me way in the back and just told me to get up front and to stop looking so miserable.
Its a wedding. Stop raining on someone else's parade. Even if you aren't really into it, smile and be nice because its someone else's lifelong memories you are intruding upon.
One of the pews at my wedding was occupied by pictures you see. Some people I know online who simply couldn't afford the journey to be there, so I had them dress up as if they were and take selfies of it, which were printed and taped to the back row of pews.
Cause they were thinking about it, wishing they could be there. Even though most of them lived half a country away.

Well this up there on the list of frustratingly rude and uncaring things I've heard today.
"I've been depressed lately and my family got cross with me for still being depressed at mom's wedding"
"Have you tried not being depressed? Because being depressed at a wedding is pretty fucking rude"
OH MY GOD OF HAPPENINGS. FINALLY SOME INSPIRATION FOR ONE OF THE NEW BATTLE DROIDS.
That's it? That's the whole thing?
Come on brain it's like you just got lazy and stole a gundam. Also give it a rest with the digitigrade shock absorption legs, they were cool on the Dragoon but now they've overstayed their welcome.

I think I figured out the problem. The textures just take a few seconds to load in completely (for some reason, even though Skyrim uses 512x textures like the mod and they don't have to do that) and a mipmap problem was causing them to
never load in completely. Seems to be better now, though I'm still seeing some cases of it it's less noticeable now...
...Still annoying though. What changed about this engine that makes it need 2-3x the requirements of Skyrim even with textures lowered to the same resolution it used? Bleh.

Lights. Lights have changed.
I am tentatively declaring the Ares and Centurion ready for infantry trials. Which basically means I'm gonna sit on the designs for a few weeks and see if they change.
