X-01 only starts to spawn when you're lv 40++ even then the best I could find at that level is a full set of T-51

plenty of people find them at level 28 in special locations.

the only fixed location that I know of is the X-01 helmet in the BoS airship's armory, either use some explosives gently or just pick the door.

The page number can be affected by how many posts per page, but with this many pages that would be a significant difference in how many pages it says you have available to view.
