did this, not sure it helps.

yah uh after looking a bit i'm not sure how to do that, the imagie is 30 pixles by 30 pixels, i'm not sure but that might be 30x30, i'm nto sur eit is and i'm nt sure how to put binary powers in, i can look at the help though.

You should try to change the shape of the head. I wasn't talking about it being pixelated as that is pretty much a given at that resolution.

the image has to be 30 by 30 pixels btw.
like I said, best no random numbers, only powers of 2/2^n, but that apply to the overall image dimension that means things inside can be smaller but the image must be in 32x32(2^5) leaving some transparent border https://vine.co/v/eQ2EZeDhj9j
uhhh.......
oh yeah, Ehks, what's the max dimension for us to submit a emoticon?

well it's a bit late for this one, i could but i want it to face forward, i have an idea but i don't think it's a great idea, it might work though but like i said the position has to be forward.
oh i think i know hat you mean, the face well, this was my first try at making a 'vali face and i'll need to improve this blocky circle face is the best i can do right now for 30 by 30.
i can do side view great, but i think for front all i need to do is make those heads curves more defined(?) than they are now, but i'm gonna use this because i think it looks somewhat cute for it's blockyness. i mean the blockyness makes it cuter or whatever, future attempts well hopefully be less blocky... maybe i can use that for larger ears.

I'm going to be getting home soon, maybe I can tweak it a bit to make it less square for you, if I don't pass out the moment I see my bed.

From what I remember it's 32^2 to 40^2.
well I've been thinking about retiring this avatar, but it's too cure to let to waste so I'm thinking about converting it to an emoticon icon in the future.

has to be 30 by 30 pixels
i won't be awake to see though sorry. we need a sad face avali emote.
Work kicked my butt and severe congestion tag teamed with it
Also Austin. I'm shitty at critiques, but it really helps to draw/sprite what you want pretty large first, then when you're comfy and think you've got it well, start downsizing it.
Keep things simple, try to avoid too many outlines (those pixels are precious since emoticon dimensions are tiny) except where you have to, and... that's all I have, really.
