Avali Nexus

Good day!
I registered to this forum a few days ago, and I hope it's still alive and kicking. ^^
For over a year now, I have been working and improving a 3D Avali avatar on a platform you might have heard of.
The group on this platform has grown, so much so that I decided to expand and create a hub for players to hang out, or Roleplay at.
The progress started, and got out of hand to the point that we are now slowly re-creating Starbound in a 3 dimensions perspective.
But I still wish to keep it's main focus a hangout and a Roleplay area.

I found out about Avali Nexus when I created a new website, and noticed Avalinexus.com was in use.
I have browsed through this forum here and there, and I hope I am right to think of this as a Roleplay forum.(?)
If that is the case, I got a question for those who roleplay or have roleplayed as an Avali character.

What are the surroundings you play in?
An Avali encampment has been made, aswell as a Apex Underground lab and the Avali ship.
But I would love to hear any ideas or suggestions of places I can make that would best suit a non-household roleplayer. ^^

We aren't exactly a roleplay forum - we started out as the primary Avali community on the Starbound mod thread way back in the day, and we ended up running, and in some cases creating, the many, many Avali Nexus clan threads (I believe we had 25 or so at the end?), though we had leave the Chucklefish forums after a rather out of hand... alteraction with the moderators.

While yes, the roleplay has become larger, we're still moreso a community overall, and honestly the Avali haven't really been the main focus anymore since around the time Ryuu stopped updating the mod and posting new information and stuff... We've probably just kept the name "Avali Nexus" since it's the roots of our community.

Not entirely sure what you mean by this.
