This really does point out one of the biggest problems with society as a whole...
...Very rarely do people think of the long term consequences, good or bad.
Also welcome back, Flare!
I refuse to even use credit, so all I even have is long term. I don't even know if I'll be able to replace my mother board that died.
Also, Null, sounds like your entire area(as in every house around you) actually has a limit on power draw that is set. The capacitors in your computer are having trouble charging enough to get the systems working when other electronics are in use and blah blaah. That'd be my guess anyhow. Can't make an informed thought on anything other than what you have provided.
I love the cauldron borne 'mech. Solaris VII championship won in it because of how rude a mech it is. Everyone ran out of ammo shooting at me after I blew their lasers off with CLBX 20 and then I just CLLed em down. eheheehheh. Six assault mechs trying to follow me around with nothing to shoot at me with. They blew off my missile pod of course, but by then it was already out of ammo anyways.

It's kind of awkward but otherwise I gotta agree. It's just a stubby bundle of guns and missiles.

It also shares the silhouette of the bushwacker which changes entirely based on the orientation of the torso, letting you completely throw off enemy aim just by turning it a little up, down, or to the side. Which a lot of mechs don't actually have going for them. A good example is that if the pilot is paying attention they can make it nigh impossible for any projectile weapon to get a good hit on it, can even dodge missiles by turning to the side and looking down quickly then flicking your aim back up at an angle to get your next shot off and once again make any lined up shots miss. Love the thing.
It's also relatively quick for the weaponry it can carry. Not agile, just fast, had mine at 119KMPH with maxed Ferro, Advanced gyro, clan LBX autocannon 20 in left arm (with two tons extra ammo[60 rounds]), ER large laser center torso, CLRM 15 in pod (and one extra ton ammo[480 missiles]), and 3 heatsinks. Empty right arm and torso for use as shield.
