The story for the originals was so much more complex and better, with many different characters, the new story is meh.

They had their own words for things, even! And they threw it all away!

Why are they getting mask? What is the Mask of Creation doing on some plain island? What the hell happened to even a sense of storyline? Why are there spiders? Where did this enemy even come from? Where did anything come from? Did they even think up a creation myth?

Why the heck did Lego short-stick the entire storyline of the original? I think Lego built the new one to cater to the dense generation.

You're acting like the 2001 story had all of the bckstory revealed then and there. Spoilers: The 2001 story had about the same amount of content, just different names. That's about it.

So I look down in the comments on the XCOM2 video and a user (a user I'm subscribed to, no less) comments on the snakeman's... hips.

I go back to where it appears in the video and realize it's a snakewoman, complete with subtle breasts.

Furry logic is everywhere.
