Yeah because we saw actual fallout 4 gameplay and got 15 minutes of solid information about the game's features
For Mass Effect 4 we got a 2 minute long CGI trailer that doesn't show any gameplay at all, or in fact have any meaningful information beyond that the game exists and it has shepherd in it.

imma smash your little hype party by asking a little question.
do you guys know of a little animation series on the interwebs called TOME? it's quite neat.
what first starts out as some pretty cliche .hack-like stuff evolves into something pretty neat. the full playlist is there, currently there's 14 episodes (with the 15th and possibly final episode currently in the making) not counting the shorts or other stuff.
it does have some pretty good humor, in my opinion at least, so if you can deal with the silly/cliche stuff, this might be something you'd enjoy!
