yeah I can go through without, I rather to have them replaced with ceramic fused teeth(beak?) than having cluncky metal in my mouth limiting certain consumables I can ingest, south east asian cuisine may not be braces friendly.

true, if we look at the actual world of pokemon there are almost certainly multiple kinds of shinies, from radical differences to slightly brighter colors. After all Shinies are similar to how real world animals can sometimes have a different color then normal for their species.
