Is there a way to see if you have unread posts from within the thread?

I know you can do it from the Control Panel, but is there a marker somewhere in the thread view that I've missed?

Hit reply to go to the rich text one.
If you quote to have multiple quotes, then hit 'preview post' to go to the rich text editor


The one you see at the bottom of the page is the quick editor, just for quick stuffs

I explained on the IRC before that integrating an IRC client into the forum to look like a shoutbox is a bad idea because the two are  structurally incompatible at the network level. IRC uses a single sustained TCP connection to the server, while HTTP makes a connection to load a page then closes it and makes a new one when loading the next page. Trying to use an IRC client like a shoutbox would reset the client every time you browse to another page.

However it is possible to make a link to an IRC client that takes the place of a subforum link, and opens in a new tab for people's convenience.

Okay yeah.

Meanwhile, we also need to add automatic youtube embedding to the list, and a less shitty forum theme.

Seriously I can't even read the names of the users browsing the thread.

Serious question: How does one edit their profile/ access an options page?
I see a bunch of random options scattered all over the place but I can't find something along the lines of "edit your profile" or "options."
The forum is not child Sky friendly.

there's a User CF button/link right under the Welcome back, <USERNAME> on the top left corner, there's most of the options there
