*puts a pair of leather boots on the center pedestal, then two Aer shards on two of the 8 outer pedestals. He then puts a single feather, a raw fish, and two pieces of blue shimmering fabric, each item gets it's own pedestal and set up in such a way the whole thing is balanced*
Now for the essentia.
*pulls out two massive jars, both about half-full, one has a grey-ish liquid and the other has a pale redish liquid*
