Yes. You got very strategically locked down in that regard because you're one of the repeat offenders at getting upset and trying to destroy everything. Penguin the character will be fine probably tomorrow if not monday- but don't count on him being revived again. I'm surprised as many people came forward as they did.
He shouldn't die for a while. But i know this was just a one time deal.
