RULES REGARDING SUGGESTIONS
1. This is not a forum to post random ideas and topics and stuff. Don't do that.
2. Please keep suggestions in the format provided below.
3. Other users may indeed comment and talk on suggestions. This is to allow people to get feedback on their ideas.
4. Suggestions can be almost anything, except for specific people becoming staff, and emoticons (note: This rule may change after the end of the Emote contest.)

Suggestion: A subforum specifically to put the rules in, and a place for suggestions in general.
Why: Well, we need more expanded rules. Also people need to not have their suggestions buried.
