Everyone here has at least one of the parts. No worries about that.
The red plasma generator will be the hardest to get, but you only need one for the launcher and electroplate, so it's vital. Someone has it, but I'm not allowed to say whom.

no some kind of gun with self making ammo. it's really hard for me to get ammo around here.
