Many people don't like making an entire AE system or other assorted overcomplicated tech crap just to be able to store large amounts of a single material without dedicating entire rooms of storage to it or a bunch of very expensive materials for upgraded chests.

Assuming my NEI list is ten items wide, it would be around 50 to 60 entries.

That's what I did.
However, this is just what I remember from another modpack. I checked in the nexus modpack and it only has about 20.

well someone requested to add rotary craft and reactor craft, it conflicted with something on my build due to my in efficent arrangement, I dont know what

Actually I was the one requesting RotaryCraft and ReactorCraft. I would probably work in my build. Not sure if I will add it though.

As for McHeli, we will see about that. I will add it to the first test version but I can't guarantee you that it will be in the final version.
Also, I just want to make sure you realize that this thing is 80 MEGABYTES IN SIZE.

....that does not phaze me, seriously, my build was 240+MB, I documented almost everything, (I totally forgot the average FPS though)
