You don't get it, as we add mods, most modify world gen, we need to finalize the pack before doing anything big.

Under? I though the dungeon was in it, that's why it's empty. It could linked to the nether dungeon I've mentioned, not cleared but I manage to get some early nether gear from there.

Also I cant help clearing out, college wifi.

I might be on the server a little bit in the morning, and just a heads up, my graves down there on the first floor. Don't loot it, clear out the mobs and the spawners.

Also beware the skeletons.

Well we did, and most of us already have personal outposts now, and Jim is considering to move the base of operations to someplace else, so I suggest the other way to choose mods that dont modify the world gen and can use existing materials.
