well I dont know how to use any of the magical crops stuff, also once we got the final inscriber plate  we're gonna need quite some number of iron, gold, diamond and centrus quartz

Icbm has epic turrets, but I agree that high tier missiles gotta go.

Incendinary and the Cluster can still cause quite a bit of grief.
And sonics are also nightmares to deal with... though breaching explosives are somewhat sensible.

The railgun is actually a pretty balanced weapon, high damaging and explosive rounds yet inaccurate, delayed, large, and somewhat difficult to craft.
Plus they're not auto weapons.
Oh and to fuel my paranoia, balance it out, glass buttons? Please?
