RE: Avali Nexus Forum Thread 3: A crowd. - SCN-3_NULL - 11-11-2015 I like it rather ironic where my laptop is more capable to run Fallout 4 than my desktop, I mean it does cost almost double and it is bought 4 years later(Moore's law). The only downside is the screen's quality is rather poor compared to my desktop's and most other laptops. I just got this thing less than a year ago and the hard drive could be failing?! Luckily, I have an almost exact copy of everything on my system sans Windows 8.1 on my trusty 7+ year old Laptop which has had less problems and still seems to be going strong, so if anything goes wrong at worst I'll have to reinstall a few games and may lose a week's worth of bookmark changes. I ran multiple disk error or corruption tests, and none came up with anything... Odd. Eh, maybe I'll head up to the local small computer shop and ask around.
