I love the TIE Hunter, it's such a fantastic show of power, not only is it blatantly a TIE version of the X-wing it's also a clearly superior craft, effectively showing that not only is the Empire better at what they do they can also be better than the rebels at the rebel's own game if they so wish.

I think it's called the ARC-170 Starfighter (the one with three wings in a sort of -> <- shape from the third movie).

I love the design, it's loaded to the brim with firepower and it's multi-crew (it has a rear gunner, navigator and pilot if memory serves).

I think I've played a lego star wars game.

Gearbox continues to disappoint me.
Had they simply gone through and reoptimized HW1 and HW2 for modern systems I could have have accepted that. They did not, the game produces bizarre and vague error messages, encounters slowly increasing and painful audio errors in the campaign, and I've heard claims that the tutorial isn't even playable.
Had they simply redone everything to be HD I could have accepted that. They did not, many HW2 ships still have their old low resolution models, which ironically means they look worse than the HW1 ships now, most particle and special effects were untouched, engine trails are still just nondescript beams of light that originate a few feet AWAY FROM the actual engine and do not actually stop when the ship is not in motion.
What's more they seem to have taken both factions from both HW games and mashed them together in skirmish mode without any real regard for the larger parts of balancing two massively different sets of game mechanics against each other, so one faction has to build strike craft individually and build research vessels and the other builds strike craft by the squadron and only has to research things.

I've probably complained about Gearbox before, Borderlands irks me, I've probably posted that image before, it's great, I've probably talked about HW before, complex is a great mod, and I've likely complained about shitty remakes and sequels before, they're pathetic. Basically you've seen all these things before but I've arranged them differently now.

Early access in a nutshell.

There are a few exceptions of course, but not many.

I like that they seem to care about net neutrality and openness, and they seem to have good intentions in general.
The whole "we are legion and anonymous" schtik is really cool.
However due to their anonymity and purported lack of leadership, I don't see how they get anything done or even how they all decide to and agree on what to do. For all we know, there could be 3 different Anonymouses with completely different agendas and nobody would have any way of knowing which is which. Which is a problem. And is possibly one of the reasons they keep being blamed for a lot of stuff that doesn't seem like their kind of thing. I mean, if everyone is anonymous, anyone can claim to be Anonymous, and anyone who tries to rebuke that claim is also anonymous, even if they actually are Anonymous, but nobody has any idea which is the real one, or even if there is a real one.

Basically, if they really are the good guys they make themselves out to be, then I like them.
If they're the black-hat nutters the media makes them out to be, then I don't like them.
So in essence: I don't have enough coherent information to form an opinion. Which is probably their intention.

To be fair it's difficult to just claim to be anonymous or falsely attribute them to something because of the very real threat that they'll remotely load your computer with enough gay porn to revive Freddie Mercury and then kill him again.

I...
I.....
WHAT?!
THIS IS THE MOST RIDICULOUS THING I HAVE EVER HEARD.
I hope that a large enough percent of the population actively tries to get the lowest possible score that the whole thing collapses into the heap of crap it is. I have a feeling the UN might have some choice words about it too. After all, isn't denying services to people based on arbitrary things sort of... a violation of basic human rights?

Ugh.

Well it's not terribly funny so I'd say no

So what's gonna happen now?

They said that they reported me to the RCMP and if I hadn't removed it in 24 hours, I would be fined.
