RE: Avali Nexus Forum Thread 3: A crowd. - UnamusedAvali - 02-08-2016 Well fuck.Big fucking heat wave in the end of summer, you know, some people are allowed to stay at home to avoid like, I don't know, heat exhaustion. Nope, I have to walk for approximately 2 hours outside tomorrow. Fucking Perth. RE: Avali Nexus Forum Thread 3: A crowd. - SCN-3_NULL - 02-08-2016 RE: Avali Nexus Forum Thread 3: A crowd. - SCN-3_NULL - 02-08-2016 anyway about that marketing survey thingie, please help spread this, i need 50 respondent and I've set automatic lock after 50 respondent have submitted. I'm not very good at questioning especially for marketing stuff but I recommend engineers to answer this and I also need help spread this around to other engineers or even industry/factory/manufacture facility owners as well. https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/H8VJHCZ RE: Avali Nexus Forum Thread 3: A crowd. - OdinYggd - 02-08-2016 This isn't really a business environment though. It sounds like you're promoting it in the wrong environment entirely, though there is at least one person here who might be able to do something with it. Also a bit late to the evil microsoft thing: Windows 10 is not a bad operating system. In fact the little bit I have used it, they actually succeeded in creating something worthy of replacing Windows XP. Unfortunately they also added one thing that I simply cannot stand for, that in my mind should be illegal and should never ever be allowed. The whole snooping through your files to farm information for marketting purposes. They cross a line with that, and that one feature that cannot be disabled without some hoop-jumping unfortunately condemns the entire operating system from ever being used in an environment that I have any authority over. And that feature combined with Microsoft's aggressive promoting of Windows 10, doing everything their power to force everyone to upgrade like it or not. Quite simply, this isn't funny anymore. We are being forced down a positively dangerous road with only dystopian outcomes at the end. Sure, I'll play a game if I can. RE: Avali Nexus Forum Thread 3: A crowd. - Surge - 02-08-2016 I expected the XCOM2 SDK to be much more...readable, than this. Okay I found the .upk I needed, now how the hell do I open external files in the modbuddy... RE: Avali Nexus Forum Thread 3: A crowd. - Surge - 02-09-2016 ALRIGHT LADS, so I've got some mods for the next XCOM2 run, which will be much slower and probably much more likely to claim lives. Registration is still open, as many characters as you want so long as they all have a first/last name and at least one isn't completely ridiculous, still trying to figure out what sort of name "slatesight" is in ANY culture, with further details at your own discretion. Now for the mods involved: SMGs do less damage but make you move faster, good for melee rangers especially. Trooper class is a more rooty-tooty-point-n-shooty alternative to the specialist. Hidden potential means you could very well become a god with enough time, or you could stay as shitty as when we picked you up, who knows. BERETS! THEY'RE BACK! MORE BANDANAS! Now available in camo patterns and colors to match the main armor! A few more face paints which you can view here: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=619525059. Gregor Ironback, once again. Mikhail Silverstreak Comito ...Evergreen I guess. Ralako ...I dunno Avali surnames, Grasshopper I suppose? RE: Avali Nexus Forum Thread 3: A crowd. - Surge - 02-09-2016 Mikhail I can probably do easily, Comito will be...harder, and I don't think I could fit Ralako anywhere. I know I'm being a real stickler for immersion and realism and such but as much as I enjoy the exploits of these named characters it is still ultimately mostly for my enjoyment. RE: Avali Nexus Forum Thread 3: A crowd. - Umbra - 02-09-2016 Make a guy named Lou Cipher and make him looks as demonic as possible. "What? No, I'm not Satan. My name is just... Uh... Similar. Yeah." "...Quit asking." However this turned out OKAY I guess. RE: Avali Nexus Forum Thread 3: A crowd. - Surge - 02-09-2016 The hardest characters to make are the ones I know literally nothing about and who don't have any self-descriptive names. also a bonus, HE'S BAAAACK! |
