It works well as a kill pen too. Place two Armed Guards outside patrolling two cells max together. Oh and make sure they are not anywhere near a guard uncuffed or imprisoned.

Like 'murdered 15 guards' dangerous.

To find out where eyes are looking, though, you'll have to look at where the pupils are relative to the eye sockets.
