No, I'm afraid that's not possible. You'd need 6 more hamsters and a rather tall shoe. Oh, also 1/14th of a singularity which has absorbed nothing but orange wavelength light. That said, the theory is quite interesting in itself, though impractical to put into play it could theoretically work given the right circumstances, or lack thereof. While not the best theory on Transmutative Nonsequitur Hypertransmissive Alphanumeric Negative-Space Revelations, it definitely shows promise.
TL;DR: If you're going to use Zalgo text, use a setting where you can actually read what is written somewhat. If that was supposed to make any sense, it's too covered to read. Though since I see a 3/4 in there, I'll assume it's just a jumble of random text anyway.
