"Wow, this is a really lively place. So many things to see here." Danu smiles, taking in the sights at the marketplace. "What is used for money here, and how can I get some? I haven't had a good meal in quite a while."
She turns to look back at her escort, but notices he's busy using some sort of communicator. Waiting patiently for him to finish, her gaze wanders as she looks to see what was nearby. Pretty soon other people had approached, and one of them seemed like he had heard her name before.
"Oh hello. Um, I'm fairly sure we've never met before, though you might have met people similar to me. The world I came from didn't have a connection here that I was aware of."

He puts his forehead in his palms for a moment.
"I don't remember if we were ever formally introduced. I-
Wait, no, nevermind. Actually, we shouldn't be talking. Just... Agh. We're closing early, sorry! Important business to attend to."
He flicks a switch, turning the feeble glow of the open sign off, and runs to the back room, slamming the door behind him.
He and another muffled voice can be heard yelling at eachother through the door.
"...
THAT WAS WEIRD."

He may as well look for some information, sitting about in desperate hope would change nothing after all. And his form pushed itself up, rubbing at his right shoulder softly as he set himself walking forwards, out of the alleyway and onto the main streets. Others walked the streets, of races he did not know, and of those he'd seen only in pictures. He refused to stare though, far too occupied on Sandrise to think about such things. Only he didn't know where he was going as a brisk wind threw papers wildly through the streets. It drew him to accidentally step on a few. He gave not a glance to read them. And he stopped upon the hill which he found himself on, a rise within the settlement, looking down over the houses and shops. Leaning against the corner of the nearest building he took a deep breath. Well, as large as it was, there had to be info somewhere... Where to start he still didn't know. Oh well, he'd find her, one way or another. He smiled softly, not a comforting smile, a nervous one, filled with unhalting will. As he trodded on towards the inn in the distance,

He got his phone out again and looked them up on the browser, to see if they were actually recruiting.

753's lack of facial features makes him difficult to read, though his tone implies that he's being sincere when he says
"I'm not familiar with the anomaly you're referring to, so I'll say that no it doesn't, this opportunity more involves helping me avert a few disasters in far off places that I can't do myself."

Gregor was confused when his search turned up nothing. He just shrugged and put the phone back in his pocket, and crossed the street to the station.
He probably felt the gaze of any nearby Guards who were watching him. He reached the front door, took a deep breath, and entered the station.

"I can come back here some other time when I know what I'll need. Lets go see the residential area." Danu chuckles at his response to her shrugging off the awkward encounter. There was no way he could have known her, but then she had been wandering different timelines for a literal eternity. Perhaps that person had seen her before along the way and ended up in this world, or even met her future self when her time in this world was over.
