Danu chuckles a little. She was pretty sure the avali sitting beside her was lying about having been released- why would he still be handcuffed if that was still the case. But getting him to stay put a minute so the guard would notice his presence was easy enough, if he tried to bold she'd grab him so the guards could take care of him properly.

The Glitch cautiously comes out of hiding and walks over to the Avali.
"Crouch down. I gotta tell you something."
Syntax does so, and is given a wrench to the side of the face for his trouble.
"Ow!"
"Next time you meet some shady guy in the street, don't bring them in."
"Fine, fine..." Syntax gets up and goes back to his station, continuing work on the half-finished armor there.

The Glitch forms a headlight riot shield and unholsters something that appears to be a gun, but doesn't seem to actually be lethal somehow. The cuffs don't break.
"Stand down or face additional charges of assaulting a Guard. If you do not comply, I will take you in by force." It's beginning to seem like resisting arrest might not be a good idea.
