Because the whole encounter had seemed bizarre, to the point where she suspected the document was fake. Why perform a hostile takeover if you had good paperwork? It seemed unnecessary.

(Rahizel, I'm guessing that document is actually fake, created after the fact based on info obtained from the station computer. You fooled Umbra's characters with it, but you didn't fool Danu.)
