Zeurei is stilll in the main square, he let the shields down, has taken back the opal, and Achroma's guy is too out of it to run away while you started talking to him, plus Zeurei pulled a trick with the elemental in an attempt to gain additional information, but has released it as it's own being now, to do as it would see fit.
