There's, a metallic vlank as another robot sits next to him. Much like Surge, its face is a black screen with lighted facial expressions- yellow ones, more specifically. Its body is humanoid and smoothed, giving off the appearance of some futuristic android.
Like most of the other figures in the crowd- some if them also robotic on a closer look- this one is wearing clothes. More specifically, brown clogs, gray pants, and a navy blue turtleneck. It doesn't seem to notice Surge at first, but when it does, an expression of curiosity lights up on the screen.
"Are you okay, stranger?"
It's voice is robotic like the rest of its body, but unmistakably male and mostly without monotone speech.
