Try https://www.random.org/ if you want something that isn't using a number theorem to decide what random is. As most dice rollers or other such aren't actually random. They just have a math question telling it how often each number should show up.

Yeah. I find forums hard to keep up with conversations, and have a fluent conversation in manner to be able to start and finish a game. Maybe roll 20 or some skype chat?
