I was thinking of doing an overhaul of the base game, although I'm still going to go look for the limitations of the engine first (like, is it possible to give each race their own intro mission? Can I make my own cutscenes?)

Nothing wrong with having a life outside RP.
Its only a first world problem for people like me who don't have a life outside RP after all. I find other ways to be entertained when it is slow.
I mean, I only have a job a car and a wife, but my social life consists of imaginary interactions on isolated backwater internet communities housed in a tiny server in a forgotten corner of the internet.
So I wait patiently when people get busy, and when the time is right....

I think the author of an already existing race mod is trying to get a custom intro. It's the Sallok race mod, if I remember correctly...
If it's possible, that author might be the person to ask.

It's less that I have a life and more that I'm a lazy nobody that actually needs to do things but decides not to because video games.
