Again - this is normal for starting new antidepressant medication. Power through it, because it will get better. If after a month you're still having mood fluctuations like this, you will have to talk to your doctor about it. Mood changes like this are normal - your body isn't used to the medication.
And whatever you do, DO NOT STOP TAKING YOUR MEDICATION BECAUSE YOU FEEL BAD THAT DAY OR THINK IT ISN'T WORKING. That will only make everything far, far worse. You need to work through the deep depressive moments, because the medication should work. I still recommend taking a break from most communities until your mood straightens out. It's less stressful for you.
