HAHAHAohwait are you being serious?
Nexusmods is great. The Workshop doesn't have integration with mod managers, unless its different for Skyrim mods update automatically which can break EVERYTHING (not to mention you might not want the update), and its far more difficult to do just about everything with it, not to mention the fact that the workshop seems to like to redownload a ton of mods seemingly at random, and also that it means you can't keep seperate mod setups between computers, there was (and may still be) a bug that caused the loss of all your mods, essentially destroying your savegame, and the layout is terrible. Nexusmods, meanwhile, has... Server issues very rarely? That's the only problem with it. If Steam Workshop ever becomes more used and featureful than the Nexus and the various Mod Managers that can be easily used with it, I'll roll around in my grave after commiting seppuku with a Nexus-Exclusive Sword Mod.

Oh, and it turns out my issues were caused by my Grandma's ISP. Yay.
