I'm not sure mech tend to one one man crewed while tanks even modern ones have atleast 2-4 crew which prove to be the 'Squishy bits', more squishy bits easier to kill(that somewhat includes HE and propellants) but imagine unmanned tanks with just AP rounds and rail projectile propulsion instead of gunpowder charge, it would never get ammo racked and no squishy parts also could be more heavily armored/small
