In my eyes that is inexcusable for a mouse - it's at least 2.5x heavier than any other mouse I've seen (even a heavy gaming mouse like the G502 only comes in at around 130 grams). I mean go for it if that's your thing though but I'm sure I would find something like that nothing short of unusable (in fact using a deathadder at the moment, but might be in the market for something else soon)
Anyways Amazon and Newegg seem to dramatically disagree on how much it's worth. $26 to $80 base price difference.
I believe mice with adjustable weights are typically advertised without those weights in specs (so that's the weight of the 'base' mouse). I have never seen adjustable weights go beyond 30 grams anyway (so assuming that it was 30g at best it would come down to 270).
I would need to lose ~2/3 of the weight of that mouse to even consider it.
