And how important is RAM? My Mac has 24 (modified)Screen isn't terribly important, I'd recommend a 1920x1080 monitor but if you can't find one at a decent price then you don't necessarily need one.
More questions! How does overclocking work, and what exactly does it do?
Shadowplay is only any use if you want to make an upload recordings of unscripted gameplay and/or commentary, basically it records everything you do automatically so if you wanna upload something really cool to youtube but weren't recording at the time it captured it. I'm fairly certain you can get third party software to do the same thing though.
RAM is generally important but you don't need lots of it, like I said 8 gigs will probably do you fine.
Overclocking is something I never quite worked out myself, my understanding though is that you can increase the performance of a processor by overclocking it at the risk of stability and heat issues if you don't account for them in advance, if something claims to be overclocked out of the box though that probably just means you'll get more out of it than you would if you bought the same thing from somebody else, but it'll take more to keep it running.
Also, I can probably find some of the components at much lower prices than the internet would suggest, a friend of mine who works at JB Hi-Fi lets me buy stuff minus markup, which cuts a rather significant chunk off the price.
The only legitimate use of a computer is to play games.
