He can hear some scraping and banging sounds as she attempts to fit the plate over the hole.
Not long after it stops the bulkhead opens again, letting her out before latching it once more.
She looks at him, half of her face blackened from exposure and hair completely gone, before collapsing.
What remained of her body was soon nothing more than a mess of ice on the floor, a shining crystalline object visible on the top of the pile. She had managed to plug the leak, eliminating the danger to the people below, and fufilled her purpose.
*the drones all call out*
Please describe your pain on a scale of 1 to 10 so proper painkillers or opiates can be administered.
*the drones put Danu's lifeless body on the table and open her chest, first performing rapid angiogenesis on the heart to get it pumping blood with assistance from electrical stimulation, then the skin all over is decontaminated so she doesn't irradiate Umbra*
*the drones now speak in perfect harmony to umbra*
Individual, are you trained in surgery? If no, flash training can be provided.

He picks up the crystal and tucks it in his coat. "Computer?... How's the liftoff? How far are we from the surface?"Thrusters critically damaged, unable to ignite, furthermore, propulsion system X is currently in grounding phase, completion estimated in 2 hours.
Please remain calm, terraforming protocol compromised, drone fleet redirected to emergency hull repairs.
"HEY!"
Umbra yanks his tail back. "No tugging the tail."
"I'm not trained in medicine of any kind, unfortunately... I'm also kind of squeamish..." He's not looking toward the impromptu ER service.
"How does one fix the thrusters? I can help with that."
