I can only advise you to take your time when it comes to others, and try to recite what you want to say or said in your head. If it sounds slightly rude in hindsight, then simply change a few words here and there.
It's a Monster Hunter joke.
The small crown is indicative that you've run into a monster abnormally small. (some events have you run into one smaller than your character, in a series where EVERYTHING is bigger than you. They still retain their full strength, too.)
The big crown is, you guessed it, indicative that the monster you're fighting is fuckhuge and can probably eat your face somewhat faster than it's brethren of more normal size.
It makes their hitboxes bigger, so while they're easier to hit, they can hit you a lot more easily.
I feel like I should play monster hunter but I don't think it's a pc game.
you can get it for IOS. the controls are a bit clunky there, but the general gist of the game with the whole "hunt monsters and gather materials to forge weapons and armor so you can take on even bigger monsters" is kept pretty much intact.
the graphics have also taken a pretty hard hit, so now it looks like something from... i'd say the ps1-2 era maybe. so many polygons.
the game also seems to have a few odd difficulty spikes, i could get missions to fetch a few herbs which i could do practically without a weapon, (again, in a game where every thing either your size or large) and then get a quest where i have to hunt a massive fucking bird-dragon thing that could nearly kill me in three hits even after I've buffed my health and upgraded my armor. (and i need materials from way WAY bigger enemies to upgrade my sword further)
it's also slightly grindy... this is what is required for a full suit of slightly better armor than what i have now.
though there is lots to do, for an IOS game there is a shit load of content it seems, i've played it for a 20 or so hours i believe and i don't think I've even scratched the paint on this thing. and after looking up on it's wiki (which is a pretty daunting and slightly confusing but fully stocked one) very advanced one too, different weapons with different attack types can do different amounts of damage on different sections of different monsters. so your hammer might be good against one drake's head while your sword might slice it to ribbons if you hit it's tail and stuff like that.
