In fact, weren't you moving to an SSD? SSDs don't even fragment...
I don't get how peoples' HDDs fail so easily. I have two laptops, 8+ and 5+ years old respectively, and both of them have never had any issues with the Hard Drive at all... I guess it's a desktop-only problem?
