We're all human, we may like to do things consistently but perfect consistency is...well...perfect. Perfection is just something we as humans can aspire to like anything else, but we'll never reach it, regardless of talent, skill, practice, whatever you want to call it. We all slip up, we all say or do things we told ourselves we wouldn't.
It's nice to have enough confidence in yourself to say "yes, I would have done that regardless of this variable" but statistically it's not possible for you to be correct on that.
I suppose calling it "schrodinger's ban" is a horrible analogy, though I do find it an interesting thought to consider how my statement impacted the outcome of that situation.
but i can see the future
this future includes me going to sleep and probably receiving a failing grade on my first o chem exam like pretty much everyone else in the class. fuck o chem.
I probably would have just been gone all of tomorrow anyways, just out of feeling like a dick. I still feel like shit.
