I'm not desperate for anything, I'm just not up to the task of today right now.
Cherries and many other foods are natural sources of melatonin.
I practiced for most of my life how to clear my head of all thoughts, completely. Usually helps me sleep but not always. Thanks to severe anxiety disorders running in both sides of my family horribly. No skin off me' back though.
Some taps at the side of my head. A few mind purges and I'm good.
My foot is already asleep. Proof that it works.
