My Laptop can run Skyrim and New Vegas with no problem at decent graphics and multiple graphics enhancing mods, this should work fine.
*Puts on lowest possible graphics with mods decreasing texture size, optimizing normal-sized textures, and remove every effect I can in the INI short of disabling shadows completely as well*
*5-10 FPS average*
GOOD JOB ON OPTIMIZATION, BETHESDA, GOOD JOB.
I damn well hope I can run it on my actual Desktop... But I doubt it for some reason...

YEEEEEEEESSSSS
*you cannot use this in power armor*
I...wha....NOOOOOOOOOOI
Maybe punching things in Power Armor IS a Power Fist?
(If it does not work like that, a mod should be made that does it, because it makes sense.)
but punching/the left alt melee bash thing does consume a bit more power core power, so I guess it does count as a power fist punch, also amusingly, my laptop runs Fallout 4 better than my desktop :V
