I still can't believe this is happening. It seems redundant, somehow, but at least PCers are allegedly getting it free.
Also I though PC players were only getting the old DLC carried over if they already owned the original?
edit: just checked /r/skyrim, Bethesda does indeed claim that owning Skyrim legendary qualifies you for a free upgrade
*Upgrade: It's been clarified it's a seperate game. Your Skyrim will not transform into the new version, it is a seperate install.
I am happy for this, because something tells me mods will need some updating for the new one... And also I'm unsure if my computers could handle the new one.
