Hiv has a longer life expectancy, I'd think in the future there would be better life support.
HIV also isn't as drastic of a change as pumping a body full of chemicals and robotic bits is.
40 years maximum is the highest possible outcome, simply because of the nature of what is being put into the body. Huge amounts of chemicals and foreign bits will swiftly kill you no matter how good your life support is.
