The Avalon Pact:
For decades it was how your people lived. While the elite sat firm on the Core Worlds, those jeweled thrones, the common Avali moved across the galaxy, wary of what lies ahead, never looking behind. All that changed with Aii. For how radical she is, Aii has the support of the people. She brought new ideals, new philosophies, and a new promise: no longer will families be raised in the starving bustle of a thousand ships, now you will done with peace and prosperity! The structure of society hs only strengthened under her rule, and now it is ready for the real world. Your people have studied the others, every inch of culture they can grasp. You are among the first wave of Avali to set out for the empires, trained to survive in the unknown! But although you have volunteered for this honor, you are not exempt from the question hanging over every Avalian mind: Is this truly the way forward for your species? Or is it a sacrifice of your way of life for monetary gain?
The Avali are the harder race to play. You will face great speciesism, disbelief, and prejudices. Even with all your training, there is still things outside of Avali knowledge that may catch you off guard. And while you may be a trader, mercenary, or colonizer, your real purpose is diplomacy: to show the galaxy who the Avali are and what they are capable of.
...Sooo... What? All Avali are now part of this? I can't believe that some Avali hadn't broken off from the main society and settled down with other races decades ago, or made more permanent settlements in some cases, especially with how spread-out their packs are. I don't get how a single ruler can run such a scattered people.
Did you just completely destroy everything I wrote for the Avali?
...
You know what, fuck this. You guys can figure them out yourselves while I concern myself with the species that are supposed to matter.
