It appears to be a blue-cased Glitch in Guard-issue power armor. Its eyes glow a somewhat darkened red, and its left eye seems to be a static crosshair.
It's walking straight towards Syntax, who is unaware of the Guard coming towards them.

"Thank you. It's been nearly impossible to find one of these older models." He turns before seeing the figure in power armor.
Who is this guy? Tim thinks, slowly moving to the side of the shop in case anything serious went down.
