The corners of his mouth turn up slightly. "...I will consider it. And please do stop by the shop if you ever need anything. We need the income."
He sort of makes a half-assed awkward wave and starts toward the dock.

Quote:"Yes, some help would be appreciated... I was not designed for heavy lifting."
"Okay, just a moment."

"That will be... 6000¤, probably."

Tim pulls out a fair bit of credit chips, handing them to the man. "That should be enough."
Danu chuckles as she watches Syntax and Elijih. "Need a hand with that gentlemen?"

"Sure thing. See you around!" Umbra gives a single farewell wave back before continuing to walk around town.

Quote:"Okay, just a moment."

"Thank you."
A figure in near-full powered armor (there's no helmet) starts making its way towards the group.

"Now..." Elijah lifts the bag over his shoulder with surprising ease. "Where do you need these brought?"
"Hm-?"
He looks at the approaching figure.

It appears to be a blue-cased Glitch in Guard-issue power armor. Its eyes glow a somewhat darkened red, and its left eye seems to be a static crosshair.
It's walking straight towards Syntax, who is unaware of the Guard coming towards them.

Tim takes the tool, carefully placing it in his bag. "Thank you. It's been nearly impossible to find one of these older models." He turns before seeing the figure in power armor. Who is this guy? Tim thinks, slowly moving to the side of the shop in case anything serious went down.

Elijah leans in closer to Syntax.
"...Excuse me, but there appears to be another Glitch headed this way, and he seems both very focused on you and kind of dangerous."

State arrives at the group. "It has been a while since we have seen each other, Syn. How have you been?" His voice is fairly deep and somewhat distorted.
"Good enough, I suppose. It is good to see you again."

"And me as well. I half expected a fight to break out." Tim mumbles, just loud enough for Elijah to hear.

"Why would they have gotten in a fight? At least, I've never heard of such a thing being a problem." Danu asks.

"Except war isn't the worst."

"The worst, the absolute worst possible outcome, is the apocalypse. And not just planetary destruction, I'm talking the collapse of time-space itself on a level that takes multiple linked realms with it. Fortunately, you don't usually get to see it happen let alone live to tell the tale."
