((
-First post has the basic details of the RP.
-No overpowered characters, unless there is a VERY good reason.
-Don't go around trying to cause chaos. Your posts will be ignored or deleted if you do.
-As this is the Semiserious RP, the other rules, i.e. who or what you can be, what can happen, who can post what, etc. are pretty much null so long as it doesn't conflict with the above.

"Indeed. Unfortunately, I do not think wishing for such a thing will make it happen..."
The receptionist peeks her head in the doorway.
"Sir, you have a... Guest. As they put it."
"Send them in."
The receptionist nods and walks back to the front desk.

(I think that would fall under the laws of how our different realities intersect, and to my knowledge most laws regarding how that works are mine, because if anyone else has any they haven't spelled them out. Mind you I haven't either because I wanted to and still want to do so in character, but suffice to say differing realities have different rules, enforce those rules differently, and handle violations differently, and Nexus-17 is VERY laissez faire about such rules, if aluminum is some ridiculous super metal where you're from it will remain ridiculous on Nexus-17 while the local aluminum stays shitty. So basically unless your magic relies wholly on an external force beyond your control it will work fine. Some "divine" magic may still work if the responsible god has their own plane of existence.)

"Wonder what got them all riled up like that..."

State isn't saying anything, staring at Empathy and probably trying to process what's going on.
The probability is confirmed when his 'living' eye (the not crosshair) turns into a loading wheel.
